Project Manager – This person must be experienced in low-voltage wiring, having at least 10 years experience in the low-voltage market. He/she must have the ability to read prints, critical path schedules, and understand all aspects of both paperwork and technical issues with the installation of low-voltage systems. A background in CCTV is desirable, with secondary consideration given to voice data and audio. The ideal candidate would have the ability to run a single large job, as either a working or non-working foreman, depending on the job, be able to integrate and work with all other trades, coordinate arrival of equipment and installation schedules with critical path schedules. This person should also be able to run multiple smaller projects at the same time with all the same requirements as above.

Senior Technician – He/she must have 5 plus years experience in low-voltage and carry a state license in which they reside. The ideal candidate would have a 2 year Associates degree in Electronics and have construction experience. This person should be adaptable and flexible, with an ability to travel.

Apprentice Technician – While there is no experience needed for this position, typically a 2 year degree is helpful and a background in construction is desirable. Depending on the applicant’s qualifications, we will cross train from other trades, such as high-voltage, electrical, audio, sound, and data wiring for this security installation position.

Salesman – This position is a split with base salary plus commission. He/she must be able to travel, have working knowledge of surveillance systems and casino applications, plus should also be familiar with hospitals and certain government facilities. This person should have a working knowledge of system architecture, along with the ability to converse on access control, fire alarm, and intrusion. It is also helpful if the applicant would know something about voice data, audio background sound and paging. The potential for dynamic income growth is tremendous.
