Bill MillerPresident - CCTV Designer
Bill carries a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Structural Engineering from Montana State University. Bill founded Reliable Security on March 3, 1980. Bill received his RCDD from BICSI in November 2011. Bill has been the lead designer for RSSD for 34 years since its founding. Bill has overseen over 76 casino projects, 42 card rooms, as well as various municipal and retail operations to include design only and bid to specification. He has numerous specific trade school certifications and diplomas to include IndigoVision certification. Bill continues to work with RSSD in life cycle costing and value engineering. Bill is a specialist in IP deployment in security intrusion and digital signage networks.
Gary OlsonDirector of Field Operations
Gary has worked for RSSD since 2000. Gary has an Associate Science EEET degree in electrical engineering. Gary is the lead on-site engineer/superintendent. Gary is able to handle all phases of on-site coordination to include review of prints, coordination with other trades and design disciplines. All of the project engineers and superintendents report to Gary. It would be Gary and his staff that would handle on-site inspections as well as as-builts and all other issues germane to the turn on of the system. Gary’s projects have included Casino Morongo, Casino Venezuela and many of the major modifications done to Atlantis after the Phase II build out.
Eddie DanielsonCAD Manager & Document Control
Eddie has worked for RSSD since 2011. Eddie has an Associate in Architectural Technology degree and has more than 15 years experience in the building industry. Eddie has drawn and coordinated architectural construction drawings on many projects ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-billion in construction cost. Some projects are: Fontainebleau Casino Resort (Las Vegas, NV), The Signature at MGM Grand (Las Vegas, NV), Augustus Tower at Caesars Palace (Las Vegas, NV), McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas, NV), Henderson City Hall (Henderson, NV) and Reno Municipal Courts – District Attorney’s Office (Reno, NV) to name a few. Eddie has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable, being well versed in both construction document production and construction administration.
Dan PoseyDirector of Technology
Dan has worked for RSSD since 2002. Dan has an Associate of Occupational Studies in Computer Electronics degree and holds a current Cisco CCENT. Dan is the head system programmer and handles all technical aspects of system design and commissioning. Dan has over 10 years of practical field and project managing experience. Dan’s projects include Mohican North Star Casino (Nominated for 2010 Integrated Security Solution of the Year), Gila River’s Lone Butte Casino, and Akwesasne Mohawk Casino to name a few.
Jeri PlumbPurchasing Manager
Jeri has worked for RSSD since 2004. Jeri started her career as the executive assistant to the president, providing support to the company in compiling all project proposals, RFI’s and submittals, as well as general correspondence and other aspects of office management. After her promotion to Purchasing Manager, she has coordinated the purchase of equipment and provided costing reports for such projects as the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino in New York, Running Creek Casino in California, Legendary Waters Casino in Wisconsin and the Clearwater River Casino in Idaho.
Ronald DayService and Training Manager
Ron started with RSSD in May of 2015. Prior to RSSD he spent 9 years with IndigoVision, an IP Video System manufacturer, as Pre and Post Sales Engineer. This position included RFI responses, system design, product certification training and commissioning. Ron holds an Associate’s Degree in Digital Electronics and has over 30 years’ experience in the CCTV/Access Control market as Installer, Project Manager and Estimator. Ron was directly involved in the design and commissioning of several casino projects, including Mohican North Star, Sycuan Resorts and Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.
Sean McJunkinForeman
Sean has worked for RSSD since 2009. Since 2003, Sean began developing his skills in the electrical trade as a residential electrician. From there he went to work for RSSD in which he carried over his skills, he developed from a residential electrician to the low voltage field. Throughout the years he has obtained skills in access control, CCTV, fire alarm installations, audio/video installs, along with networking and IP based systems. In the last 4 years with RSSD Sean worked on the following projects through completion: Mohican North Star Expansion, Nixyaawii Governance Center, Chicken Ranch, Mohawk Casino, Clearwater River Casino, and more.
Cody MillerForeman
Cody has worked for RSSD since 2011. Since 2011, Cody has worked himself from Apprentice to Journeyman Electrician. Throughout the years he has obtained skills in access control, CCTV, audio/video installs, along with networking and IP based systems. In the last 2 years with RSSD, Cody worked on the following projects through completion: Morongo Casino, Tulalip Casino & Hotel Expansion, Mohican North Star Phase 1 Expansion, and more.
