If you are having a problem with equipment purchased from Reliable Security, contact our Service Department. We will assist in giving you an authorization number to return any defective equipment that is under the one year warranty either for replacement or warranty repair.
For equipment where the warranty has expired, the equipment can be evaluated for repair costs and quoted directly to you.
