"The new digital recording system Reliable installed for us in December of last year is the best item we have spent money on in a long time.  As you know I was extremely reluctant to purchase more equipment largely because we didn't find any significant value in our old recording system.  We had the cameras and to some extent the fact that people were on camera kept some of the more overt behaviors in check.  When we tried to pinpoint activity on the VCR tapes it was a time consuming process and the results were poor at best.

The new digital recording system provides a nice clear picture.  We are able to recognize individuals.  The monitor at the security desk, which was an afterthought to the project has already paid off with increased awareness of activity around the building. When the security officer returns from a rove he can review the recording and see what happened in all the other areas while he was gone.  Anything that is the slightest bit questionable can be reviewed quickly because you can select the camera and the time you want to review and be there almost instantly.

I'm pleased that we purchased the equipment.  Now that I have seen how well the DVR system works I would encourage anyone to switch from tapes.  I appreciate all the time and energy you put into the many presentations and quotes you prepared.  The Intellex system fits our needs perfectly.  It is user friendly.  The building engineers and security staff have been able to find their way around in the system since the first day.  We haven't quite perfected saving incidents on CD format yet, but we are close.  Thanks so much for all the effort you invested in finding us the right system for digital recording."
